In October we redesigned the homepage, upgraded collection pages, and optimized product pages with e-commerce best practices (mega menu, stronger CTAs, filters, image sliders, "Customers also wanted", AI chat assistant, product/CTA sizing and animations).
Improve product discoverability and navigation (mega menu + collection banners/filters).
Increase add-to-cart / buy-now clicks with clearer CTAs and larger buttons.
Boost average order size via cross-sell ("Customer Also Wanted") and deals.
Speed up purchase decisions with an AI chatbot for product selection.
Homepage
Full re-structure for e-commerce patterns: mega menu linking to collections and best-seller product cards.
Prominent Add to Cart / Buy Now buttons across hero and product modules.
Sliders for Best Sellers and New Products; Deals section added.
AI chatbot installed to help visitors find relevant products quickly.

Added banner images + breadcrumbs for orientation.
Added filters (brand, availability, price, material).
Hover image animations and larger, easier-to-click buttons.

Scrolling-aligned gallery, image slider per product.
Enlarged, prominent Add to Cart / Buy Now buttons and larger price typography.
"Customer Also Wanted" cross-sell section to increase AOV.

Traffic (Oct 1–31, 2024)
Total sessions: 34,712. Organic Search drove the majority with ~25,760 sessions (≈74%), Direct was the second biggest channel at ~7,418 sessions (≈21%). Engagement rate and events indicate strong interaction with site elements (high event counts).

Total event count shown in analytics: ~317,964 events (site interactions across clicks, sliders, widgets, etc.). Average engagement time per session around ~1m 20s–1m 30s, indicating meaningful on-site activity.
